Spend your Saturday at the  Brisbane Showgrounds for some smoking BBQ with the Brisbane BBQ Festival. Join the grillers and feast on some finger-lickin’ good ribs and smoked pulled pork. While you are at it, try some Texas style briskets too!

The festival will feature some of  Queensland’s most prominent producers, providores and purveyors – so don’t go home without checking out their exhibitions. And if you’re really serious about your grill, make sure to get a front row seat for the 2016  Brisbane BBQ Championships where some of Australia’s foremost BBQ teams will compete for the title.

For those not so serious grillers… the Brisbane BBQ Festival will also have some incredible entertainment going on, including live music to get you swinging into the day.
