“No white tutus, no Tchaikovsky  – this Swan Lake is like no other”

Direct from its critically acclaimed season at Sadler’s Wells and sold out performances throughout Europe, comes a genre-defying, contemporary reimagining of one of the most famous ballets in the world.

Bringing together contemporary dance, live music and traditional Irish folklore, this brilliantly dark adaptation of Swan Lake is set deep in the Irish midlands. It follows the plight of four sisters, cursed to take the form of birds after having witnessed a heinous crime.

Award-winning writer, director and choreographer Michael Keegan-Dolan (Giselle, The Bull, The Rite of Spring) has forged a searing new vision for this beloved tale, creating a world of terrible beauty, magical realism, powerful imagery and potent storytelling.
